HOT TIP - Secret to hard boiled eggs!
rosasparks: Fill the pot, put the pot on the stove, put the eggs in and turn on the heat. When the water boils, turn the water OFF and then leave the eggs in the warm water for, about 15 minutes. THEN, take the eggs out of the hot water and IMMEDIATELY put them in a ice water bath. Your hard boiled eggs will be DELICIOUS! (My aunt taught me this.)
